Assurance of QualityTo maintain the quality in our operation, Manco allies with the largest suppliers of hard fiber, pp resin, and synthetic filaments. This provides stability in supply and the consistent quality required by demanding markets. For our hard fiber mill, our supply of pure Manila (abaca) fiber comes from GBEs (Grading and Baling Establishments). Fiber quality is monitored by official fiber clssifiers/inspectors. For synthetics, prime grade resin, and other synthetic filaments are sourced only from top manufacturers from around the world. Manco has two focused mills: Hard Fiber and Synthetics. We produce ropes based on any ofthe international standards such as USFS, CIS, BSS, ISO, AS, or German DIN. Products pass through seventeen quality control checkpoints throughout our manufacturing operation. The new global playing field poses a major challenge. We are the sole Asian member of the Cordage Institute, a US-based international association of rope companies which enables us to keep track of industry trends in the West. We keep the largest inventory of ropes in the country with shipping round-the-clock to any point in the country and exporting all over the world.
